The 3rd “Gourmet Cordoba” Tapa Competition is dedicated both to the outstanding “Designation of Origin” products from Cordoba, and to Latin-American cuisine, which is particularly appropriate this year, when Cordoba is the Gourmet Capital of Latin-American culinary culture. This year, 39 establishments are taking part and 73 tapas are on offer, in either of the two competition categories:

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) - D.O. from Baena.
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) - D.O. from Lucena.
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) - D.O. from Montoro-Adamuz.
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) - D.O. from Priego.
- Wine - D.O. from Montilla-Moriles.
- Vinegar - D.O. from Montilla-Moriles.
- Ham - D.O. from the Pedroches Valley.
